It was a great experience overall. Well-appointed and clean place, delightful staff. We enjoyed central location. Ate at Hoang Van Restaurant, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was very nice and had lots of food. I liked comfortable decor of the twin/double room. Based in a nice quiet area.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Reims. The staff was dedicated, the beds where comfy, and the breakfast was generous. The location was IDEAL because it was the old part of the city.

The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, meats, pancakes, pastries and cheese, the bed was large. Staff were ready to help and always dismissive. Exceptional view of ocean. Unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk to a towering 13th - century Gothic church. The stay at this sensational hotel was a very nice one.

Exceptional stay, efficient staff, royal atmosphere. Large & good-sized room. Peaceful location not too far from fontaine sube. Visited few places in the centre, at a medium distance from the hotel. Good reception.

We would return anytime, when we stay in Reims. We had a standard twin room, and we enjoyed it. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition.

The personnel is great and the rooms are large. There is del mondo pizza serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel...

The breakfast was expensive, unfortunately.
